Since 2001, we have helped over 1,000 people realize their dream of becoming a Pilates Instructor. We are the only Balanced Body Teacher Training center in Arizona and we have one of the most comprehensive apprentice programs available. Even if you live a long distance from Arizona, we have learning opportunities for you with our online courses and advanced education workshops.
