Hobbies – Being outdoors hiking, biking, gardening and being on the water during
summer months! I also love yoga, reading, and spending time with family.
Favorite Pilates Exercise – Climb A Tree is my favorite exercise – whether on the mat,
reformer, or the ladder – offering spinal articulation, full body coordination, and core
control. I love how versatile it is in my practice and with the clients I teach!
How Pilates helped me – Pilates helped me find balance during a career filled with
long days and a lot of travel (sitting)! My Pilates practice helped me with posture, core
control & strength, flexibility, and joint health – and it was just fun! Pilates has always
been a practice I look forward to doing.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates – I love to share the benefits I have gained from Pilates
with others. Pilates clients are amazing and I learn from them every day. Pilates helps
clients find strength and balance that can enhance their other activities.
