How Pilates helped me: Through Pilates, I have improved my flexibility, balance, and functional strength. Pilates keeps me grounded.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: I enjoy helping others experience the benefits of Pilates, from easing chronic pain to improving overall well-being. It’s also rewarding to watch someone master a movement and gain confidence in their body as they do it!
