Hobbies: A life-long fitness enthusiast, I embrace an active lifestyle including recreational and competitive running, hiking, and a self-proclaimed gym rat! I enjoy traveling and spending time with the joy of my life, my daughter, Sophia!!
Mission Statement: To help others find better health, strength, stability, confidence, inner presence and an appreciation of themselves and their bodies through Pilates.
Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Teaser, Swan and Pull Up are my favorite Pilates exercises. They are a perfect balance between strength and control. I love how they make me feel strong and confident in my body.
How Pilates helped me: Pilates has helped significantly reduce my back and joint pains due to scoliosis. It has given me greater flexibility, alignment, posture and strengthened my body and mind connection. It has helped me gain a greater appreciation of the human body and all the wonderful things it can do.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: Knowing that I am a part of someone’s journey to better themselves and their health is extremely rewarding. Helping clients from different fitness levels and walks of life work on their health and well being has been such a blessing. Witnessing someone gain greater mobility, strength and confidence in themselves over time just fills my heart with joy.
Hobbies: Hiking, dancing, reading, spending quality time with family and friends and finding serenity in nature.
