Hobbies: I enjoy staying active, creative, and curious. In my free time, I love playing pickleball, golfing, painting, reading, and learning new things. I enjoy activities that keep me moving, allow me to express creativity, and help me continue growing both personally and professionally.
Philosophy Statement: To me, Pilates is rooted in mindful, precise, and controlled movement. I believe movement can be deeply empowering, and that Pilates helps people build strength, awareness, confidence, and a better connection with their bodies. As Joseph Pilates said, physical fitness is the “first requisite of happiness,” and I love helping clients experience that connection for themselves.
Favorite Pilates exercise: Swan
How Pilates helped me: Pilates has helped me become more in tune with my body and move through my day with much less back pain and discomfort. It has also made me more aware of imbalances between the two sides of my body and has taught me how to fix or support those imbalances. Overall, Pilates helps me feel my best both physically and mentally.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: Teaching Pilates brings me so much joy because I love seeing clients evolve in every class and discover a new sense of strength and confidence within their bodies over time. It is incredibly rewarding to help relieve discomfort or stress in someone’s body and support them in feeling better in their daily life.
