Hobbies: Hanging out with my wonderful family. We enjoy traveling and hiking with our two dogs, Hooley and Banjo.

Pilates Philosophy statement: Joseph Pilates said, “[Pilates] develops the body uniformly, corrects wrong postures, restores physical vitality, invigorates the mind, and elevates the spirit.”
Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Dolphin. It’s challenging but fun and I like the imagery of a dolphin diving up and down in the ocean.
How Pilates helped me: My body is stronger than its ever been and I’m continually improving my flexibility and correcting imbalances. I know that my future 70 year old self is thanking me for doing Pilates now (but it’s never too late–my 73 year old mother has started Pilates and she loves it too)!
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: It is truly and honor to guide people on their journey to connecting with their bodies, gaining inner/outer strength and ease of movement so they can enjoy the things they love!
