Philosophy statement: As a Pilates instructor, it is my mission to create an empowering environment that allows all clients to improve their health and wellness, achieve their fitness goals, and develop their mind-body connection.

Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Mermaid and Tendon Stretch

How Pilates helped me: Pilates has become a workout that I love and never get bored doing! It has helped me become more flexible, strong and in tune with my body and how it moves.

Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: I enjoy teaching Pilates because it allows me to help clients at any point in their exercise journey. No matter the body, the age, strength, or history of exercise, Pilates can be for everyone. Pilates is such an amazing form of moment because while strengthening the body; with time, you can recognize and address imbalances in the bodies alignment, balance, muscle development, and mobility.
