Hobbies: Beyond Pilates, I cherish spending time and traveling with my daughter, Rebel, and my fiancé, Luke. As a lifelong learner, I’m passionate about exploring ancient practices like astrology, energy healing, Traditional Chinese Medicine, Breathwork and the healing power of plants.

Philosophy statement: My mission is to empower individuals to transform their lives through the healing and strengthening power of Pilates and mindful movement. I believe that cultivating a consistent, sustainable, and personalized fitness practice not only enhances physical strength and resilience but also nurtures overall well-being. By integrating movement into daily life in a way that aligns with personal values and goals, we can achieve a healthier, happier, and more active future.

Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Short Spine!

How Pilates helped me: My journey to healing began nearly 20 years ago after a devastating car accident left me with chronic back pain. Traditional treatments like physical therapy and chiropractic care provided no lasting relief, and my discomfort only intensified following the emergency C-section of my daughter in 2019. Feeling let down by conventional Western medicine, I turned to more natural and holistic approaches. It was through this search that I discovered Pilates, which ultimately became the key to my long-term recovery and well-being.

Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: Through my own healing journey, I’ve come to deeply understand the power of Pilates to strengthen not just the body but also the mind and soul. Teaching allows me to share that gift with others—to help them feel strong, resilient, and capable of living active, pain-free lives. It’s incredibly fulfilling to guide others in discovering their own strength and joy through this practice.”
