Philosophy statement: Pilates doesn’t end when you walk out of the studio – we can teach you how to move healthier but it’s up to you to incorporate those changes every single day. It’s a way of life.

Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Control Front — It is the perfect combination of strength, control, balance and just plain fun!

How Pilates helped me: I began to appreciate and find confidence in my body and the wonders it can do.

Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: I love helping others find the confidence and connections in their bodies and watching as positive changes and body habits develop.
