Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Hundreds – It is the perfect way to warm up the entire body and initiate the mind-body connection.
How Pilates helped me: Through Pilates I have increased my flexibility and core strength and improved my posture. I have also gained a greater awareness of and appreciation for my body.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: I believe passionately in the benefits of Pilates and love sharing that with others. It is such a thrill to be able to help people achieve their goals, whether they are to increase strength or flexibility, recover from or prevent an injury, or simply to improve the way they feel overall physically and mentally.
