Hobbies: Show jumping, tennis, golf, skiing, wakeboarding, traveling, experiencing good food, spending time with my family and friends, and of course PILATES!
Philosophy statement: Once you understand Pilates you can incorporate the principles into your everyday chores, activities, or sports to keep your body moving at its best.
Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Short Spine – It is an AMAZING stretch and always makes my back feel better!
How Pilates helped me: When I was riding and training 5-8 horses a day and competing, my back was constantly sore and giving me problems. Pilates strengthened my body as a whole and relieved my back pain so I was able to do my job to the best of my abilities.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: I love helping people to feel and move better throughout their everyday life. I especially enjoy seeing the progress a client makes throughout their training!
