Favorite Pilates exercise and why: Short Spine! What is not to love about this exercise. I love the lengthing and space it creates.
How Pilates helped me: Pilates has helped me develop strength and has taught me to move with in a proper range of motion.
Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: I love teaching pilates because I believe Pilates is not just a series of exercises but a whole body approach that simultaneously stretches, strengthens and realigns the body. I think the most important benefit of doing pilates is gaining an awareness of your body and applying what you learn in the studio to your everyday life.
