Philosophy statement:  Pilates changes the way you live your life; what you practice in class is what you take with you every single day in life; whether it is carrying a bag of groceries; going for a hike or simply watching TV. Pilates is for life not just an exercise regimen.

Favorite Pilates exercise:  Push Through Back on the Cadillac – I love the opening in my chest and shoulders in this exercise!

How Pilates helped me: Pilates helped me strengthen my core and my lower back, it also made me leaner and stronger.

Why I enjoy teaching Pilates: To be able to help someone reach their fitness goals while strengthening their body to live a long and healthy life without joint pain or injury.
